1 ORDERING ONLINE
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
For all payments we use the embedded Shopify Payments facility or PayPal. These providers employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.
2 RETAIL RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you have received a faulty item(s), inform us via email with photographic evidence of the fault within seven days of your receipt of the goods. We will review the complaint within 48hrs. If accepted we will give a full refund. If it was a manufacturing fault we may request that you return the faulty item(s) to us so that we can take this up with our suppliers. If we ask you to return the item(s) we will refund you the cost incurred in returning the item(s).
(This applies to online non-subscription purchases only. For cancellation terms for Subscription services see Section 5. Items bought in-store may be exchanged only and not refunded).
If you find that you have ordered the wrong size and are, therefore, not entirely satisfied with your purchase and you inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full refund less the cost of the postage we incurred sending out the goods plus an administrative charge of £1.50 to cover the charges we will have incurred from our website provider. We can only do this provided the goods have been returned to us in a saleable condition with the tag still attached. Please contact us using one of the contact phone numbers found on the Contact page, or send an email with photos of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org referencing the product ID (SKU).
DOG TREATS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE DUE TO HYGIENE RISK FACTORS UNLESS THEY ARE RETURNED IN THE UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
You are also responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods (Except in the case of faulty items). All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3 RETAIL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) is by Royal Mail 2nd Class post at £3.99 (inc. VAT). Express delivery (1-2 working days) is by Royal Mail 24 at £6.99 (inc. VAT). FREE delivery is offered on all orders over £30. FREE local delivery option available on orders over £20. 10km delivery radius from Broadway (WR12 7AA). All orders will require a signature on delivery.
While we endeavour to ship orders to arrive on the requested delivery date we cannot guarantee the service provided by our shipping partners. We will endeavour to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 1 working day of receipt of your order and the delivery charges are calculated on a per-parcel basis. If we are unable to perform the whole or part of the order due to any cause or event beyond our control we may by notice in writing to you cancel or suspend the order in whole or in part without liability. We may deliver separately the goods which make up your order.
If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered the company reserves the right to attempt delivery of the goods at a later date and to invoice you a further delivery charge. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Once goods have been signed for, you must notify us of any shortage, damage or fault as soon as is reasonably possible. 4 RETAIL PRICES
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
5 SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS & SERVICES
5.1 After placing any orders on our website you will receive a receipt e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us once payment has been made and received.
5.2 The subscription plans to our services consists of recurring period charges as agreed to by you through the specific product selection. By accepting these terms & conditions of service, you acknowledge that your subscription has this recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
5.3 The Cotswold Dog Boutique may submit periodic charges monthly without further authorisation from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorisation or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before The Cotswold Dog Boutique reasonably could act.
5.4 To terminate your authorisation or change your payment method, please use either the 'Login' on the customer portal with the account you registered with at www.cotswolddogboutique.com or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5.5 By subscribing to our monthly Box Subscription you agree to allow The Cotswold Dog Boutique to take recurring monthly payments from your credit/debit card or PayPal account. Should you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time. The Cotswold Dog Boutique reserve the right to alter its subscription fees at any time however, at least 28 days written notice will be provided should this occur. If you cancel your subscription you can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation.
5.6 Auto-renewal. Following your selected subscription period your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same renewal period of your previous subscription, at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate. To cancel your subscription, you must log on to www.cotswolddogboutique.com and do so in your accounts section or email email@example.com and we will do as instructed on your behalf, following the request of additional security details. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
5.7 We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
6 PROMOTIONS & FREE GIFTS
The New Customer discount (NEW10) is a 10% discount code that can only be used once per customer. It is applied in the promotion input section at the Checkout. The code is NOT applicable to sale items, subscription products/services or items under another promotion.
7 RETAIL COMPLAINTS
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
8 SERVICES AND CONDITIONS OF USE
As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement.
